2025 ACB Leadership Conference

ACB’s 2025 Leadership Conference will be a hybrid event. ACB’s Board Meeting, Presidents’ Meeting, Legislative Seminar, and Capitol Hill Visits will take place between Friday, March 14th, and Tuesday, March 18th, at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington, VA.

Hotel Reservations

The room rate for the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel is $155 per night, plus tax and has now closed. This rate applies to any night starting on Monday, March 10th, 2025 till Thursday, March 20th, 2025. The Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel is located at 900 S. Orme St., Arlington, VA 22204.

You can also make a reservation by calling 1-800-325-3535 and informing the Marriott representative that you will be attending the “ACB Leadership Seminar” to receive the group rate. The Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel offers a shuttle service to DCA airport 7 days a week. From DCA to the hotel, the shuttle service starts at 6:15 AM; from 6:15 to 9:15 AM pickups are every 30 minutes; from 9:15 AM to 11:15 PM pickups will run every hour.

We ask that those who visit their Senators and Representatives fill out this survey for each meeting. If you include multiple members from your state affiliate, please only fill out one survey for each meeting. These surveys help ACB better understand how the Hill outreach went and what each office is prioritizing. The more detail the better. Legislative Imperatives

In addition to our three legislative imperatives, ACB has developed a handout to highlight several laws and programs that ensure the rights of and access to services to people who are blind or low vision. The handout, which can be shared with congressional offices, explains how the protection of these services enable our community to contribute to our community as employees, tax payers, homeowners, seniors, and so much more.

The tour is free of charge, however, it needs to be indicated when registering.

Members will be responsible for their transportation to the tour.
