Assemblies of God Center for the Blind
Its mission is to produce quality, contemporary gospel presentations for the blind, and to find creative ways to make them available; to promote blind-friendly congregations through awareness, education, and training materials, and to help these congregations provide materials accessible to the blind; to increase the quality and quantity of Christian books, periodicals, and discipleship materials available to the blind; to provide Berean University courses, and leadership training material to equip the blind for Christian service; to develop and produce quality, contemporary Christian literature for blind children and children of blind parents using the latest techniques in braille, as well as braille-and-large print, cassette and tactile, etc., and tactile graphics. Runs the Whitney Library for the Blind and the Adriene Resource Center for Blind Children.
Audio Bibles for the Blind
Provides free audio Bibles to people throughout the world who are legally blind and print-handicapped. Formats include NLS-compatible digital cartridge, DAISY on DVD, MP3 CD, MP3 DVD, Victor Reader Stream, DAISY on CD, audio CDs, and more.
Loans audio books by mail to individuals in the USA and Canada. All services are free to anyone who qualifies, including people who are blind, visually impaired, dyslexic, or who have disabilities that make it difficult to hold a book or turn the pages.

The sites listed here are of two kinds: special missions to disabled people by a wide variety of religious groups, above all those that provide religious materials in accessible formats to their members; and collections of on-line religious texts that make available sacred scriptures, religious studies and devotional texts.
Braille Bibles International
Provides Bibles to blind people in braille, large print and audio formats. Some of these Bibles are provided at no cost, while others are provided at low cost. Braille Bibles are available worldwide; large print and audio Bibles are only available to blind individuals in the United States. Audio formats are NLS-compatible cartridge and Pocket Bible player. Requires certification of blindness.
CARE Ministries, Inc.
CARE Ministries offers a variety of services to people who are blind or visually impaired, their families and their churches. Services include: a cassette ministry containing a variety of Christian materials, Bible studies and publications; monthly distribution of the “Our Daily Bread” devotional and the “Evangelical Sunday School Teacher's Edition” lessons on cassette tape and digital cartridge; a resource list of other Christian agencies providing services to people who are blind or visually impaired, and more.

Christian Record Services, Inc.
Christian Record Services, Inc. provides free Christian magazines and book in braille, large print, and audio both online and in DAISY format. They offer more than 2,000 titles in their library and; along with gift bibles and study guides in braille, large print, and various audio formats. They operate camps for the blind (ages 9 to 65) throughout North America and provide limited collegiate scholarships to blind young people working toward a degree.
International Christian Braille Mission
International Christian Braille Mission, Inc. (ICBM) produces and distributes New Testament Christian literature in braille and audio formats; some large print is also available. ICBM currently distributes material for evangelism and edification in approximately 20 countries worldwide, including England, Malawi, Thailand, India, Australia, Bangladesh, Cuba, and the United States.
JBI International (formerly Jewish Braille Institute of America)
Founded in 1931 as the Jewish Braille Institute of America to help the blind and visually impaired in the United States, JBI now also provides services in Israel, the Former Soviet Union, Eastern and Central Europe, Latin America, Western Europe and all English-speaking countries. Provides people of all ages who are blind, visually impaired or reading disabled with books, magazines, and special publications in braille, large print and in audio formats. JBI has a broad range of titles, with the largest collection of Jewish interest books for the blind and visually impaired. Talking books are available in English, Russian, Yiddish, Hebrew, Hungarian, Romanian, Polish and the newest addition, Spanish.
Lutheran Braille Evangelism Association
Its mission is to communicate the message of Christ in braille, large print, audio CD, as well as in digital format. Publishes a braille magazine called “Tract Messenger,” and one in large print or on CD called “The Christian Magnifier.” Also offers handheld talking BibleCourier, which contains one complete Bible and a whole Bible commentary and Bible dictionary, or two different complete Bible versions in one BibleCourier unit, along with a KJV concordance, a glossary of terms and other study aids.
Lutheran Braille Workers, Inc.
Focuses on meeting the spiritual needs of people who are blind or visually impaired through provision of braille and large-print materials. Publications are distributed free of charge to more than 120 countries and in 30 languages around the globe. Operates the Lutheran Library for the Blind. Merged with Lutheran Blind Mission in 2012.
The Lutheran Library for the Blind is North America's largest Christian lending library. It offers nearly 6,500 Christian and wholesome fiction books in braille, large print, or in recorded format. Talking Bibles gives non-readers and the blind access to the Bible in their native languages. Talking Bibles produces audio recordings of translated Scriptures in hundreds of languages and makes these recordings accessible in the form of Talking Bibles for millions of people around the world who cannot read. Languages include Amharic, Arabic, Bengali, Czech, Farsi, Hindi, Hmong, Javanese, Maasai, Navajo, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Sudanese, Tagalog, Tonga, Ukrainian, Urdu, Xhosa, and more.
Xavier Society for the Blind
Provides free reading materials in braille and digital formats, including CDs. Also has digital and braille materials available for download from the web site. Large print mass propers are available for download as well. Manages the National Catholic Lending Library for the Blind.
