If cooking along, you will need the following: 1 cup vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 cups diced apples – Gala or Honeycrisp apples. 3 cups all-purpose flour,1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup chopped nuts optional, preheated oven at 325, 2 mixing bowls, and two 9 by 5 loaf pans.
