My name is ________, and I am a resident of (City, State, ZIP Code). My colleagues and I will be in Washington DC on February 24 for a Legislative Seminar sponsored by the American Council of the Blind and then on Capitol Hill on the 25th. Among other things, we would love to have the opportunity to speak with Representative/Senator (Last Name) about three key initiatives impacting our blind community. The other concerns the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Competitive Acquisition Rule, and more specifically, the Low Vision Aid Exclusion.
