Guidance from the Federal Transit Administration: The new ADA Circular

Last October, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) issued a comprehensive set of guidelines designed to clearly explain the FTA's expectations for public transit agencies and other transportation providers who are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act. The new ADA Circular covers everything from rail stations and bus stops to commuter express buses and paratransit. Download a copy of the transportation circular by visiting:
