Guidance from the Federal Transit Administration: The new ADA Circular
Last October, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) issued a comprehensive set of guidelines designed to clearly explain the FTA's expectations for public transit agencies and other transportation providers who are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
