If you are a leader, or someone who sees yourself as growing in leadership, this year’s ACB conference and convention kicks off with an opportunity that you will most certainly want to take advantage of.
The 2016 Leadership Institute will take place on Saturday, July 2, from 2:45 to 5:30 p.m. The cost is just $10 if you pre-register, and $12 on site. It will include two modules to help you on your leadership journey.
The first module will focus on learning personality types, identifying your own, and discovering ways in which to work with others with varying personalities.
The second module will focus on transitioning into or from a leadership role, whether it be an officer or committee chair. Together we’ll examine ways to embrace the challenges faced by all parties.
The best part of this mini seminar is that you’ll meet other leaders from throughout our ACB family while, as a community, we learn and grow together!
