FEMA is seeking an experienced and proven leader with essential knowledge of the disability community to lead FEMA’s Office of Disability Integration and Coordination as Director.  This position is located within FEMA’s headquarters office in Washington, DC. This is a vital role within FEMA that ensures the Agency’s commitment to achieving whole community emergency management, inclusive of individuals with disabilities and others with access and functional needs.  
 
In addition, FEMA is seeking talented men and women who are eager to assist disaster survivors as a FEMA Reservist.  Reservists are vital employees, to FEMA’s disaster workforce, who work on an on-call, intermittent basis to support disaster survivors when they are most in need. They are the main FEMA workforce during an emergency or disaster that assists the agency in accomplishing its mission.  Each Reservist is hired to a personnel group (Cadre) based on his or her skills and experience.  The Reservist program is an opportunity for retired, professional, and early career job seekers.
