Last Chance to Apply for DKM Awards

The deadline to apply for the 2021 DKM First Timer awards and the JPMorgan Chase Leadership Fellows is fast approaching. Award recipients will get free access to our virtual convention in 2021, as well as our Omaha convention that will be held in person in 2022. ACB’s Next Donor Update Call Set for April 14th, 3pm EDT

ACB Advocacy Update: Voting For The People

On this week’s episode of the ACB Advocacy Update, Clark is joined by fellow members of the National Coalition for Accessible Voting to discuss the gains in accessible voting over the past two years and concerning provisions of H.R. 1, and S. 1, the For The People Act. Through an app on your smartphone, Aira delivers instant access to visual information at the touch of a button – enhancing everyday efficiency, engagement, and independence. Aira offers two special pricing plans for ACB members. The Intro Power Plan includes 30 minutes per month for $20.00, and the Standard Power Plan includes 140 minutes per month for $99.00. These plans are available for ACB members in good standing who sign up through December 31, 2021. Audio Description Project Updates

This week's newly added audio-described content includes additions to HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, iTunes, and our lists of TV series and DVDs with audio description. 192 described titles have been added to our HBO Max list this week including Best in Show, The Matrix, Wonder Woman, and Batman Begins.
