If you answered yes to any of the above questions, consider being a vendor at the 2013 ACB Conference and Convention at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Downtown Columbus, Ohio.

The exhibit hall will be one of the most popular places at the 2013 ACB Conference and Convention. 

As an exhibitor, you will give people from across the United States and from many foreign countries the opportunity to learn about your products and services.  Turn browsers into buyers as attendees give technology a trial run, check out new tutorials or crafts, or shop for products for home, school, work and play.

Blind/Visually Impaired Entrepreneurs

  • Blind and visually impaired authors, musicians, craftspeople etc. receive discounted tabletop pricing for the first, second and third year of participation in the conference
  • First year $225 per booth, second year $275 per booth, third year $325 per booth
  • A rebate does not apply to these booths.

Show Stopper Directory Listing

Yes, as an exhibitor your name and booth number are in our show stopper directory.
For only an additional $50.00 make your company stand out from the crowd in our Exhibit Hall Directory.  Place your company's complete contact information and 20-word product listing in the Directory.  Even folks who don't attend the conference download the directory for future reference.  Available in braille, large print, and in electronic formats.

ACB Marketplace
                    

  • Are you an entertainer or author with CDs or books to sell?           
  • Do you sell crafts, cosmetics, toys, etc?
  • Is your affiliate looking for a fundraiser?
  • Do you have information to distribute before a specific general session?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, but you just can’t handle the long hours in the Exhibit Hall or you will only be at the convention for one or two days, ACB’s new Marketplace is just for you!

Located near the ACB Café and general session, Marketplace is in one of the highest traffic areas in the conference and convention.  Open before each general session begins (see schedule below), Marketplace will be filled with something new and exciting every day.

Your Marketplace “booth” will include a draped 6-foot display table and two chairs.  Space is limited and tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Tables are $25 each, and you may reserve space for one or two days only; specify the days you prefer when registering.  Sorry, but no food items may be sold at Marketplace.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelation requests must be received in writing and will be honored according to the date the request is received as follows:

  • Before June 1 - Full refund
  • June 1 - 14 Fifty percent (50%) refund
  • After June 14 – No Refunds

More Information

Booth space will be assigned when full payment is received.
 
Do Not Ship Exhibit Materials to the Hyatt Hotel.  Use the drayage services provided by the decorator so your boxes will be waiting for you at your booth.
 
Exhibit kits will be distributed by late May.  Order forms for additional booth furniture and services, shipping rates and address, and other information will be included.
 
The American Council of the Blind, ACB Conference and Convention Committee, Hyatt, and show management are Not responsible for contents placed in booths.  ACB reserves the right to accept exhibitor registrations in accordance with ACB Resolution 99-30.
