Terry has been in the Randolph-Sheppard Program in Louisiana for 33 years and has served as the Elected Committee Chairman for the past 15 years. He is currently operating 5 locations as well as the Executive Director for Randolph-Sheppard Vendors of Louisiana (RSVL); he also manages the RSVL Azalea Bingo Hall for the past 10 years.
