Accommodation Request Form

If you require an accommodation in order to equally participate in a community event, please submit a request and ACB will take all steps reasonable to procure an accommodation. Accommodations such as an American Sign Language interpreter, generally take at least two weeks to schedule and may be impacted by external factors. If you are unsure what accommodation will enable you to participate, you can reach out to us to help brainstorm what accommodation is reasonable to allow equal participation. A list of recurring community calls are listed below for your planning, but you are encouraged to be subscribed to the ACB Community Events email list to receive an up-to-date schedule and to make accommodation requests early.
