ORDERING AND PAYMENT - Products may be added or discontinued and prices are subject to change without notice. Phone orders only at this time, please.
If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, a back order will be created. Your item will ship as soon as it is available.
Pay by credit or debit card for fastest delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING - Cost of packing materials, actual shipping charges, and other related costs are factors that determine shipping. Items such as canes are shipped Free Matter for the Blind. Orders including heavy or bulky items, items not shipped by ACB, and items shipped to international addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Mini Mall items usually ship via the United States Post Office or UPS. If you prefer a particular shipping method (such as UPS shipping), please let us know at the time you place your order; remember that additional charges may apply.
If the items you order are in stock, they will normally ship within 5 to 7 business days of payment. Orders placed during high-volume periods such as the national conference and convention, mid-year leadership conference, and end-of-year sales may take at least 3 to 4 weeks to ship. Shipping of items not stocked by ACB is subject to the policies of the supplier.
RETURNS - We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products we stock. Items must be returned in unused condition. Please report any damaged or broken items immediately upon receipt. Call us at (877) 969-6255 to receive return authorization prior to shipping a return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The return and refund policy for items that ACB does not stock is the policy of the supplier. In most cases, suppliers do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, but this may not always be the case.
Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used for the purchase, and will be made within five business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
