Time is growing short for submission of DKM First-Timer Award applications to the ACB national office. Eligible applicants must be at least 18 years of age, members in good standing, and must not have attended a previous ACB national convention.
The two successful applicants will attend the 2011 conference and convention in Reno as guests of ACB. Registration and related fees, transportation and lodging costs will be paid in addition to a meal stipend. Applicants should submit the following materials no later than April 1: a personal narrative describing how selection as a DKM first-timer will benefit the recipient as well as his/her affiliate and community, and a letter of support from the applicant's affiliate president.
