The Pennsylvania Council of the Blind is conducting a calendar raffle fundraiser. Tickets are good for the six-month period from April 1 to Sept. 30, 2010. Each ticket includes a three-digit number. Winners are determined based on the evening drawing of the Pennsylvania daily lottery number. Tickets cost $20 each. Cash prizes are at three levels based on the designated specials and holidays: $125 for six holidays, $75 on the 1st and 15th monthly, and $30 every other day.
