This committee shall consist of three persons other than the treasurer appointed by the president at the annual convention of TCB. Its duties shall be to review the receipts and disbursements of the treasurer and report to the membership.

a. To consider current issues affecting blind persons;
b. To receive and present resolutions from the membership; and any changes to the constitution.

If a chapter does not designate a representative, the president of that chapter shall serve by default. The Membership Committee shall be responsible for developing and recommending activities to increase membership for consideration by the Board.

This committee shall consist of one (1) member from each Chapter appointed by said chapters President. If a chapter does not designate a representative, the president of that chapter shall serve by default. The legislative committee shall be responsible for reporting to the membership on legislation affecting blind and visually impaired persons. It shall also recommend to the Board of Directors specific actions to be taken by TCB.

This committee shall consist of one (1) member from each Chapter appointed by said chapters President. If a chapter does not designate a representative, the president of that chapter shall serve by default. The Fundraising Committee shall be responsible for developing and recommending fundraising projects to the Board of Directors. It shall also recommend to the Board of Directors specific actions to be taken by TCB.
The president may appoint other committees deemed necessary to carry out the purposes of TCB.

This committee reviews the host chapter selection of the convention site, negotiation of the hotel contract, and any other business involved with the planning of the state convention.
