Dear MTCB members:

As the bitter cold winds of winter blow outside on this January afternoon, my heart is warmed by the knowledge that you, the members of MTCB, have confidence in my leadership and have re-elected me to my third term as your president. I am so very optimistic about our new slate of officers and know that working together we can work to make MTCB stronger and better than ever.

Please do not underestimate the importance of your role as members. In order for leaders to succeed, it takes a united colaborative effort of the entire organization. It is our collective responsibility to contribute the time, talent and dedication to expand our membership, fundraising, legislative and advocacy efforts, programs and services.

This is a brand new year and a new page in the history of MTCB. Together, we can make it outstanding. I am relying on each of you to do your part by serving on committees, supporting the organization in its activities and outreach to the Middle Tennessee community.

Let's roll up our sleeves and git 'er done.
