2010 National Convention
The ACB national convention was held at the beautiful Downtown Sheraton in sunny and hot Phoenix Arizona from July 9 thru July 17. Approximately 1100 blind and vision impaired members from almost every state and special group affiliate attended the convention this year. Below are some of the many highlights from the convention that TCB members were a part of.

5k walk/run
We held our second annual walk-a-thon during the American Council of the Blind conference and convention in Phoenix on Saturday, July 10 at air-conditioned Arizona Mills Mall. We had 25 more participants this year and raised nearly $19,000. Members of the host affiliate, volunteers, and local businesses made it a huge success.
I want to personally thank those who participated, and those who made contributions to this wonderful fundraising event.
