Lincoln Chapter
By Terry Brennfoerder

Since the last newsletter, I feel compelled to tell everyone that due to the Thanksgiving holiday, our November meeting was cancelled.

Our Christmas party was held on December 3 at Lazlo's. Despite the snow, 15-members enjoyed the fellowship and the visit from Mrs. Clause.

In January, we heard from Professor Tessa Wright about the program to teach teachers of visually impaired students at UNL and played host to the state executive council meeting after the conclusion of our chapter meeting. Both Sharon and I were elected treasurer and president, respectively. And I am pleased to say that Chris Brennfoerder is now our chapter rep. We'd also like to welcome two new members, Scott Radcliff and Dave Shapiro.

Finally, in February, we held our social on the 18th at the Aloha Tea House. Those in attendance had a good time.

Hope to see many next month at the state convention in Fremont.
